A good learning environment is key in building a spiritual movement
Jesus Christ and His 12 disciples
Jesus gave very practical instructions before He sent them off for evangelism. Where to go. What to say. What to do and not to do. What to take with them. Jesus also gave them a very Biblical but yet simple Gospel presentation. With this experience (and many others) the disciples grew during their 3 years with Jesus into spiritual multipliers.

Barnabas and Paul in Antioch
For a whole year Barnabas and Paul gave a Biblical training to the new believers. The result was that new leaders were developed and Barnabas and Paul were called to new places. The Church of Antioch became a movement.
Acts 11:19-26 and 13:1-3
To help our disciples to become spiritual multipliers and start movements we need to provide good training and materials. Training and materials must be biblically based and practical, it should be relevant and simple to use. This website contains a collection of training, materials and ideas. It comes from different countries in Western Europe and has been proven to be effective.
